This was our first visit to Lotus Chinese Restaurant, and it definitely won't be our last. Our friends have been recommending this place for a while, and now we understand why. My husband and I both really enjoyed the food—it was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Our server was friendly, attentive, and helpful, and the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. The only downside was that my husband noticed the restroom could have been cleaner. Aside from that, we had a great dining experience and will definitely be back.

It is such a pleasure to walk into a restaurant and be greeted with big smiles and the staff knows exactly what your regular order is, and the manager stops by to make sure that your food is made to order. We chose to get the garlic edamame, lettuce cups and added the crisp honey shrimp this time to our regular order. Every item was so delicious, hot and they bring plenty of dishes to let you share. The lettuce was so crisp and compliments the chicken mix that goes inside - wrap and eat! So, most restaurants offer just a few shrimp in an entree order, and they skimp on the size. The shrimp were large and they were the best I've ever tasted, 13+, everyone was thrilled! We didn't have to fight over them and they melted in your mouth. The broccoli was really crisp and we even had a few leftovers to take home for the next day. At the end, they give each person a fortune cookie, and it wasn't busy, so we were able to relax and have another glass of wine and enjoyed the mango soda that I've never had anywhere else. First time trying this place. I got a take-out order of wings and garlic noodles based on the recommendations. Wings were fantastic! Noodles were very good but I would have liked a little spice, nothing some hot sauce won't fix. Overall very satisfied with my meal and the pick up process. Staff welcomed me and helped me right away and food was ready in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend.

Located on PCH this gem is a place I’d go back to for both their food and their service. The decor is new and the interior very clean and well appointed. The floor plan is nice and there seems to be plenty of room for all. There are two sections to the restaurant so it would be great for a large family or party! The service is on point and very friendly. The servers know the menu and are more than happy to point out popular items and special dishes. They come back to the table frequently to make sure you have everything you need. The menu is a good size. Large enough to find your favorites, yet small enough you will not become too overwhelmed. The food comes out rather quickly and piping hot! The flavors are delicious and we were very happy with all our dishes! The portions are generous and the flavors distinct to each dish. Which is great because I hate ordering food that all tastes the same with different proteins. lol. You will not find that problem here at all. They offer a variety of sodas, beer, wine and saki to wash all the yumminess down. Items to take note of: *** There is parking in the back and an entrance in the back!
